♡ Terms of Service ♡

General Terms

♡ Listed prices are the base price of the product. Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of your commission.♡ I have every right to decline a commission that I feel I either am not at the level to complete, or if it is in the category of things I refuse to draw.♡ Time for completion of projects may vary depending on personal responsibilities and/or commission quality. Please give me a 3 month time range to complete the project. Rush orders with specific deadlines will incur extra fees.♡ I will NOT draw extreme gore or NSFW content.

Payment

♡ Prices are posted in USD (United States Dollar) and are payable through PayPal currently. A deposit of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I begin working. Once the commission is complete, the other 50% must be paid in full before I send you the commission file(s).♡ I will send you a PayPal invoice for the 50% deposit and later once the commission is complete, a second for the other 50%.♡ If you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit, but before I begin the sketching process, I can give you a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost)♡ In the event in which I cannot finish your commission, I will give you a partial refund depending on how far along I am in the process♡ Please keep all conversations kind and civil. Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate will result in me cancelling the commission and keeping the 50% deposit.♡ Although commissions will be first come first serve, if you need your work done by a specific date, it will be an additional cost depending on how fast the work needs to be finished.

Process

♡ Upon starting your commission, I will send you progress photos of the sketch and flat color process for your approval. Once confirmation of sketch has been received, refunds may no longer be requested unless issued by me.♡ Once I am done with the art piece, I will send a photo for your approval. Three (3) minor changes can be requested, however more than (3) will incur an extra fee which must be paid in full before adjustments are made.♡ Once commission is completed, I will send a full res .png and .jpg to the customer's email that was provided to me on the commission form.

Image Usage and Permissions

♡ Commissioned art is not to be sold for profit of the customer (you). For commercial rights, please contact me via email to discuss prices. Commissions are for personal use ONLY.♡ I own all rights to the art. Under no circumstances is any art to be used to sell (unless agreed upon during commission acceptance), reproduction, or NFT and AI processes. I am allowed to post any art to my social medias, unless specifically asked not to.♡ You may repost/share artwork, but please tag me @rougieboo (on Bluesky) or @rougiebooboo (on Tumblr)♡ You may NOT edit or alter artwork without my specific permission.♡ You may NOT under any circumstances claim artwork to be yours.
